About The Event
Our Annual Labour Weekend Convention is our largest event and a highlight of the year! This year the Convention will be held in Masterton on Labour Weekend 24th - 26th October 2020.
We have an action-packed weekend planned, with cruises, dinners, entertainment, and of course our annual car show! "Show & Shine" will take place on the Saturday morning of the weekend, and is judged by members of the public followed by a prize giving where trophies are awarded.
We extend an open invitation to both Members and Non-Members for this year's Convention. This is an ideal way to see whether you would like to join the Club.
To cover all the activities and meals, there is a cost for the weekend. For Members, this is partly subsidised by the Club and the total cost is $125 + accommodation if you would like to stay with the group at the Copthorne Hotel & Resort Solway Park.
Non-Members are welcome to attend at the non-Member rate of $150 per person Upon RSVP we will be in touch to make any arrangements.
